I am 16 years old I have observed increased sleeping in my pattern, because of this I am facing lack of concertation in my studies. And I really don’t want this at all. Please someone help what am I going through.

I think its hormones involved here. you should get a sleep test. Or talk to someone who can identify the reason if you are not on any medication. Exercise will also help increase endorphins, maintain a proper routine for your life style.

Start gym or yoga.

Create a healthy environment at home, balance life with social gathering quite evening and excursion. Balance nutrition and physical activities will definitely help.
