On behalf of my best friend I am posting her concerns here. Her son is 4 years and diagnosed autism:
She is unable to understand her son's basic needs, he lacks sensory motions, faces difficulties in seeing, smelling and touching any object. she feels very upset and depressed that she is unable to provide him any proper treatment. Also, she is financially unstable which is why she is facing great distress. If we can get any remedies here to cure him at home we will be for ever grateful. Tell us if there are any places in St Ives where we can take the child to get a proper diagnosis and treatment will be deeply appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Many parents of children with autism spectrum disorders set aside their own desires in order to put their child's needs first. Parents do this out of love, but if they don't care for themselves as well, it might lead to issues. Particularly when they are upset, worn out, or burned out, parents should be aware that their children will pick up on their emotions. Autism parents must keep in mind that they are still only human and need breaks for their own wellbeing. Ask your friend to be careful for herself too, all will be ok if she is healthy and mentally strong. you can also help her in this aspect, the entire family will be on toes its is not easy to take care of an ASD child. I hope he gets the required help from peeps here.
With the proper assistance and tools, an individual with autism may undoubtedly lead a normal life. People with autism need early intervention, education, and community support to attain their objectives and lead satisfying lives. your friend is very lucky that she knows this really early she can deal wisely.
